This residential and car park complex is part of a 5-stage development of the Wynyard Quarter Development on Auckland's Waterfront.
It comprises 150 residences and private parking facilities that are sustainable and energy-efficient to a Homestar 7 rating, with retail and hospitality on the ground floors
Culham Engineering fabricated and erected stage one and two of this project. Specifications required distinct coatings in various areas; it was essential that minimal handling of the steel was needed to avoid damage to the surfaces. Deliveries were scheduled to meet installation dates, site crane availability and the delivery time restrictions. Despite Covid, the entire project was delivered to the schedule and with an outstanding safety record.
