Culham Engineering was constructed to fabricate and erect the Structural Steel on the new  purpose built Noel Leeming and The Warehouse store in Kaitaia.

The 4315sqm single level rectangular building with portal framing and reinforced concrete has a 6.5m stud and was completed in the later half of 2015
