T40 & T42 Replacements

Culham Engineering was engaged by Lawter NZ to design, build and install 2 stainless tanks with sizes 9m diameter x 12m high and 8m diameter x 12.6m high. 

We established that the tanks could be fabricated in our Whangarei workshop and shipped to site in Tauranga so the old tanks can stay in service while the new tanks are being fabricated.

The cooling rings, foam pourer piping and inlet piping were fabricated and installed in our Whangarei workshop to reduce the amount of work needed onsite. Site installation included associated pipework, all of which was fabricated at our Kawerau workshop, who also undertook all the site works.
